Eligibility Based On Pre-Existing Assistance
Individuals, children or dependents participating in certain government assistance programs may automatically qualify them for the ACP program. Below is a list of qualifying programs:
- National School Lunch - Free & Reduced-Price School Lunch Program, School Breakfast Program
- Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA), (inc. HCV S.8 Vouchers, PBRA/202/811, Public Housing, and Affordable Housing Programs for American Indians, Alaska Natives or Native Hawaiians).
- Free and Reduced-Price School Lunch Program or School Breakfast Program including at US Department of Agriculture Community Eligibility Provision schools
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP / Food Stamps)
- Federal Pell Grant (must have received in the current award year).
