Digital Aid is committed to providing a high level of customer service. In accordance with this commitment, we strive to respond to all customer inquiries, including those related to privacy concerns, within two (2) weeks of receipt. This service-level agreement does not constitute a legally binding guarantee but serves as a demonstration of our dedication to addressing your concerns in a timely manner. While we make every effort to respond within the specified time frame, there may be instances where factors beyond our control could result in a longer response time.
In no event shall Digital Aid, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or representatives be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, lost profits or revenue, business interruption, loss of data, or any other damages) arising out of or in connection with our response time under the service-level agreement in Section 12.3.0, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
California residents have additional privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This provision will be updated prior to Digital Aid providing coverage in California.
