Digital Aid is committed to providing a high level of customer service. This service-level agreement does not constitute a legally binding guarantee but serves as a demonstration of our dedication to addressing your concerns in a timely manner. While we make every effort to respond within the specified time frame, there may be instances where factors beyond our control could result in a longer response time.

12.4.0 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Digital Aid, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or representatives be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, lost profits or revenue, business interruption, loss of data, or any other damages) arising out of or in connection with our response time under the service-level agreement in Section 12.3.0, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13.0.0 California Consumer Privacy

California residents have additional privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This provision will be updated prior to Digital Aid providing coverage in California.

14.0.0 Changes to the Policy

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency among the provisions of the General Terms & Conditions, this Privacy Policy, the CPNI Policy, and any other policies that may be incorporated by reference in the future, the order of precedence shall be determined and specified in the General Terms & Conditions.
